A Look Into My Daily Supplement Routine and Then Some

I’m not sure if you’re into supplements or not.

If not, hopefully you at least learn a thing or two.

With that being said, currently, my daily supplement routine consists of:

1. Multivitamins from a brand called Muscletech

2. Antarctic krill oil from Sports Research

And it has been like that for the last couple of years, but recently, I’ve been looking to switch to other brands for various reasons.

I’ve been thinking about switching my multivitamins to Bayer’s One A Day only because the serving size is one tablet as opposed to three. Though technically, I can just reduce my daily intake of Muscletech’s multivitamins (You’ll see what I mean when you compare both supplement fact labels). So that decision is still up in the air.

But I did switch my Omega-3 supplement to Arazo Nutrition’s Fish Oil, which is a lot more potent than the Antarctic krill oil supplements I’m finishing up now.

They’re like fish oil on steroids.

It’s funny because I’m the type to stick with what I got and be a bit more stubborn to change, like that one grandpa or grandma who will refuse to buy an iPhone because they’re comfortable with the Nokia phone, you know, the one where if you drop it on the ground, the phone doesn’t break, but it’s the concrete sidewalk that does.

And since it’s coming up, I guess that’s also why when I’m asked what I’d want for Christmas, nothing would come to mind, which in my eyes, is a good thing.

I don’t have to spend a huge amount of money on Christmas. If I don’t ask for gifts from anybody, then they better not expect me to give them anything either. I still find it mind-blowing how much money people spend on Christmas. This year, the average is $886. Thank goodness my family doesn’t do gift exchanges.

I don’t feel the need to always get the newest, shiniest thing. To this day, I still use the iPhone 6S, and I’ll keep using it until Apple no longer supports it.

This is especially true when it comes to online courses and other information products. It’s so easy for people to get Shiny Object Syndrome and get stuck in the cycle of purchasing multiple info products, consuming the information, purchasing more products, but not putting any of the information to use. It’s a bigger problem than you may realize.

I fell victim to this once upon a time as well, until I realized what I was doing. Don’t get me wrong, I still get tempted from time to time, but I have my ways of stopping myself.

So my advice if you buy any copywriting products, especially How to Become an Email Titan, take the information in, apply them as soon as possible, and then revisit the product six months or one year later. I guarantee you’re not going to remember every single lesson, tip, and strategy that you extract from the product.
