I came across a video that was trending on YouTube called…
“The process of making friends with a carpenter bee.”
I can safely say it was the most wholesome video I’ve seen in a long time. If you have 10 minutes to spare and want to watch a video that’ll make you smile, the video is down below. If not, I’ll talk about it throughout this post.
The person in this video decided to raise two carpenter bees. Of course, the bees know nothing about this person, or if he’ll hurt them in any way. But that wasn’t the case. The person fed them honey, petted them, built a makeshift house for them. He was basically treating them as if they were his own children.
Eventually, the bees would have no fear flying around the person and have enough trust where they would have no problem landing on the person’s hand.
Soon enough, the person and the bees became inseparable friends.
Does this sound familiar to you?
It’s similar to the concept of developing a relationship with your audience so they trust you enough to buy your product or service with confidence. And what better way to do this than by regularly emailing your readers, especially if you email them in this very specific way.
And you don’t even need to write a lot, but your readers will never get bored of reading your emails.
Actually, they might even be happy to see your name pop up in their inbox and be even more happy to buy from you.
