Normally, villains are not to be admired.
But if I had to choose one to admire, I’d pick Lord Voldemort.
If you’re unfamiliar with that name, he was the main villain in the Harry Potter series.
His life mission was to cleanse the wizarding world of all Muggles, AKA non-wizard/witch born people, and then take over the wizarding world as well as the normal world.
He was also the leader of a group of evil wizards called the Death Eaters that helped him carry out his mission.
And he would have succeeded if it weren’t for this one meddling child….
Harry Potter himself.
A prophecy claimed that Harry Potter had the power to stop Voldemort.
So being the villain that he was, he tried to kill him, but failed. In the process, he weakened himself and had to go into hiding (As well as the Death Eaters) until he found another way to regain his powers.
In the fourth part of the series, one of Voldemort’s henchman trapped Harry in a graveyard, where he used Harry’s blood, along with other items, to restore Voldemort to his former glory.
Soon after, he summoned the Death Eaters to greet them once again after 30 long years.
I find it amazing how after all those years, the Death Eaters still stayed loyal to Voldemort. Whether it was true loyalty or loyalty out of fear is a whole different question, but the unbreakable loyalty is still impressive nonetheless.
And this brings me to today’s point: Be the Voldemort of your industry.
If you have a business with a huge, intense mission and you’re willing to do anything to achieve it, people who see eye-to-eye with you and your mission will jump on board and follow you till the very end.
Go out there and spread your influence.
