Even When People Go to Extremes, They’re Unable to Get Any Attention

Take this video I watched, for example.

It was a surveillance clip from Inside Edition showing an armed robber attempting to force a cashier to hand over all the money from the register.

The funny thing was, the cashier noticed him but continued to prepare food for the customer who ordered it.

He gave the customer the food, both pretending as if the armed robber wasn’t even there, and the cashier walked away.

After a few moments, the armed robber walked out while looking back and gave the cashier a ‘forget you’ gesture.

Nothing must feel worse when you can’t get anybody’s attention, even with a gun in hand.

While it may not be as bad, spending a lot of time crafting an email and sending it out just for it to be ignored is still not a great feeling.

But maybe your subscribers do pay attention to it, but only to click that unsubscribe button.

So what do people usually do?

They use hyped-up subject lines, writing them in all caps.

They use words like: SALE, LAST CHANCE, and FREE.

Maybe they’ll add in some emojis too.

But then your emails will look just like any email newsletter sent from a big corporation.

If you want a better alternative, use the email copywriting methods I teach in How to Become an Email Titan where you’ll learn how to write sales emails that won’t sound so aggressive, that’ll be fun to read for your subscribers, and bring more sales into your business.
