Attention-grabbing Plants

Last week, I was playing a videogame with one of my friends.

We were on a call together too. 20 minutes into the call, his girlfriend joined and we were all just hanging out together.

While we were talking, I learned that my friend’s girlfriend is a plant enthusiast.

For the record, she is the second plant enthusiast I’ve ever met in my life so far, so the idea of the plant hobby is still new to me.

Being the naturally curious person that I am, I asked her what it is about plants that get people so into it.

This is basically what she told me:

Plants come in all different shapes, sizes, and patterns, which makes it a collectible thing for some people. But she also said that plants have a unique characteristic that just makes people want to pay attention to it.

I can’t exactly put my finger on it, but it has got to do something with their green color. If you put a plant in a room and have people walk in, one of the first things they’ll notice is the plant.

And that’s how it has to be with your emails too.

Making your subject lines compelling so it’s the first thing your readers notice when they go through their inbox. Once you have their attention, you have to hold it with some good email copy. And that’ll lead to more engagement, more clicks, more sales.

All of that can be learned by reading How to Become an Email Titan.
