One of the quarantine traditions my friends and I started was every night, or most nights, we’d get on a video call and play games together. We’d either play Monopoly Deal Coronavirus Edition or Survivio, which is a type of shooting game that looks like it’s designed for kids. But that’s besides the point.
There was this specific moment (that I don’t remember well enough for it to make sense to you) we were on a call and throwing banters at each other. And one of my friends said something to my other friend that made her reply, “I’m unique, ok?”
I found it very ironic when she said that since she’s a twin and it made me laugh pretty hard.
But on a more serious note, it’s true to a certain degree.
Even though she and her twin look the same, they have different personalities, different interests, and grew up around different friends. It’s their life story that sets them apart.
And that’s the key to setting yourself apart from other people.
You may have the same business as the next person in your industry. You may sell similar products or services. But what’ll make your business unique is you.
Your life story.
Your reason why you started your business in the first place.
That’s why I wrote this article called
